Refund Policy

Registration Fees:

All registration fees are non-refundable.

Class Fees:

• Before Classes Start:
  Full refund minus a processing fee if requested before the first class.
• After Classes Start:
  Prorated refund based on attended classes, minus a processing fee.
• Special Circumstances:
  Refunds may be considered for medical emergencies or relocation, with proper documentation.

Cancellation by Academy:

Full refund or credit toward future classes if HSKD Academy cancels a class or program.

Merchandise Refunds:

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if items are returned in original condition. Customized or used items are non-refundable.

Refund Request Process:

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the administration. Processing time is 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

Uniforms, equipment, and other personal items are non-refundable once purchased.

Policy Changes:

HSKD Academy reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Notice of changes will be provided to all active members.
